We are looking for a Technical Co-founder for MAI CORPORATION. As a Technical Cofounder, He/She will be responsible for helping to develop and grow the technology behind a company.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Must have a deep understanding of the technology that we are building. He/she also needs to be able to communicate and impart technical knowledge and also need to be able to work with other members of the team to get everyone on the same page.
  • Develop the product strategy, and his/her core responsibility is also to decide its features, uniqueness, and utilities. Determine the technical requirements of the product and manage the production procedure.
  • Proven experience in building software and also needs to be able to think outside the box. Must be able to come up with new ideas and solutions and keep ensuring that the product is technically sound at all the stages. This means ensuring that the product meets all the requirements set forth by the developers, customers, and management.
  • Must stay up-to-date on the latest technologies, so that the product will be compatible with future changes in the industry. He or she as well as to be able to provide guidance and advice to other team members.
  • Must have a deep understanding of the code we are developing, as well as the technology behind it. Must be able to troubleshoot problems, and be able to come up with solutions quickly and work well under pressure
  • Must come with deep technical expertise, with so many libraries, frameworks, and advancing techs coming forward, he or she should be able to quickly tell each one’s pros and cons and when to use which technology. They will help the startup choose the best tech stack.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

As a Technical co-founder, he or she should be able to understand complex technical problems, come up with creative solutions, and communicate their ideas clearly.

  • Technical Understanding and expertise: Need to be fluent in the technology they are working on, and be able to understand how it works and how other technologies work with it. Should also be familiar with popular software tools and programming languages.
  • Communication Skills: Should be able to effectively communicate their ideas and findings to other members of the team. They need to be able to write clear and concise code, and communicate changes effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Leadership Skills: Should be able to lead a team of developers and be responsible for the overall success of the company. They should have a deep understanding of the technology they are working on, as well as the industry they are entering.
  • Large Tech Network: Should have a great network which would mean that he/she could bring in his/her trusted tech experts on board to make building the tech team easier. Leading product development, deployment, and delivery is one of the more crucial co-founder responsibilities. He or she should be closely involved in creating the future product roadmap , keeping long-term scalability in mind.

PREFERRED:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field. An MBA or M.Sc in IT will be preferred
